This Privacy Policy explains how GetReady, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the InsideNash website at insidenash.com, the InsideNash web app at app.insidenash.com, and the InsideNash mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Messages you send through the in-app messaging feature.
- Information you enter in forms, such as your name, email address, or comments left in the guestbook or contact features.
- VIP or access codes you enter to unlock content.
- Payment information when you make a purchase or leave a tip. This is handled by our payment providers, described under Payments below.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- Device and connection information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage data, such as the pages and venues you view, links you click, and the dates and times of your visits, stored in our own first-party analytics.
- A device identifier stored in a cookie named
visitor_id, which we use to recognize your device, deliver messages, and maintain your session and preferences. - Referral and attribution information, such as the source that led you to the Service, for example a QR code or an ad reference.
Location information
The app can request access to your device's location to show you nearby venues, live music, and happy hours. You can allow or deny this in your browser or device settings, and we use location only while you are using the relevant features.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including venue discovery, schedules, and pricing.
- Deliver and display content, including content unlocked by VIP or paid access.
- Send and receive messages with you, including broadcast updates.
- Process purchases and tips.
- Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
- Measure and improve our advertising, including campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Detect, prevent, and address spam, fraud, and security issues.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including:
- A first-party
visitor_idcookie to identify your device and keep features working. - First-party analytics to measure usage.
- The Meta Pixel, described below.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
Advertising and Analytics
We use the Meta Pixel and related Meta business tools to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Service.
If advanced matching is enabled, Meta may receive hashed identifiers, such as a hashed version of an email address or phone number you provide through our forms, to help match your activity to your Meta account. This information is hashed before it is sent to Meta.
You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings or industry opt-out tools.
Payments
Purchases and tips are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe for web payments and Apple and Google for in-app purchases, with RevenueCat helping us manage in-app purchases. We do not collect or store your full payment card numbers. These providers process your payment information under their own privacy policies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Service, such as our hosting and content delivery provider, our payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat), and our advertising and analytics provider (Meta).
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses.
- California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- You can opt out of location collection in your device or browser settings.
- You can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings.

Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults. Our content includes information about bars and alcohol, and the Service is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
