This Cajun restaurant stands out in the Gulch lineup by doing something most of the neighborhood doesn't — Louisiana cooking done with care. The gumbo lives up to the name, and it's a welcome change of pace from the steakhouse-and-brunch-heavy mix of the surrounding blocks. Casual, affordable, and worth the detour.
